# Cauley & Co. Cauley & Co. is the consulting practice of Cauley Digital LLC, led by Jordan Cauley. The practice serves founders, CTOs, and operators at Series A–B SaaS and mid-market product companies (50–500 employees) on three classes of problem: complex technical decisions with multiple stakeholders and real stakes, organizational reads that benefit from an outside angle, and revenue problems the team can feel but can't locate from inside. Tagline: Strategy that Ships. Anti-tagline: Most consultants leave a deck. We leave momentum. ## How engagements are shaped Cauley & Co. does not sell a fixed menu of engagement SKUs. The shape of the work is the same on every engagement — one problem at a time, the decision made in writing, the path documented, the work imported into the client's tracker as sequenced tickets (Jira, Linear, or GitHub). Execution is optional on a separate retainer. Scope gets written in the first working session. Four shapes come up often enough to name. Two have been run enough times to publish the full scope; two are always scoped on request. ## Architecture Audit (published example) A structural review of a system that's costing time, money, or both. Produces a written decision on the system (keep, rebuild, or replace), a prioritized remediation plan ranked by lift against revenue impact, current-state and target-state architecture documents, a vendor scorecard, a risk register, and importable tickets in the client's tracker. Six to eight weeks from access granted. Fixed fee. ## Strategy & Architecture Design (published example) A single engagement that resolves vendor selection, internal architecture, and integration design together. Produces a scored vendor evaluation, a target-state architecture document, an integration specification, a migration and rollout plan, and importable tickets in the client's tracker. Six to eight weeks from access granted. Fixed fee. ## Ship Sprint (scoped on request) A compressed engagement around a single named outcome the team already knows they need. Same four-phase sequence as the published examples — read, decide, document, hand off — with execution support available on retainer after the plan lands. Scope is written in the first working session, then priced before work begins. ## Fractional Leader (scoped on request) A named seat at the table for the quarter the org needs one filled — bridge, transition, or specific bet. Quarter-plus engagement, not a fixed-end scope, with named availability per week and clear decision rights. Scope and cadence are written in the first working session. ## The sequence Every engagement runs the same five-step process: kickoff, structured discovery, weekly async status updates, early wins flagged on discovery, and a presentation of findings. The deliverable is always a detailed executable plan — not a deck, not shipped code. ## Contact - Web: https://cauley.co - Email: jordan@cauley.co - Phone: 336-314-3314 - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jdcauley - Meetings: https://meetings-na2.hubspot.com/jordan-cauley Inquiry SLA: two business days.
